A: / B: or two names. Paste the script into Text to Speech with Two speakers switched on, pick two voices and generate one MP3.The 5 rules of a natural AI dialogue
- One idea per turn. If a turn has three sentences, split it and let the other speaker react in between.
- Roles, not just names. One person asks, the other explains. Or one is excited, the other doubtful. Contrast keeps listeners awake.
- Reactions are glue. “Really?”, “Right.”, “Okay, so…” make it sound like two people listening to each other.
- Read it out loud once. If you trip over a sentence, the AI voice will too. Shorten it.
- Numbers and names the way you say them. Write “twenty twenty-six” or “2026” consistently, and spell unusual names the way they sound.
Template 1: podcast opener
Host: Welcome back to Main Street Money. I am Sam. Guest: And I am Priya. Today: pricing your first product. Host: Let us start with the mistake you see most. Guest: Pricing too low. New owners think cheap means more customers. Host: And it does not? Guest: Not always. Cheap can look like low quality. Start with your costs, then add the value you deliver. Host: Okay. After the break: the one number every shop should know.
Template 2: language lesson
A: Excuse me, where is the train station? B: Go straight for two blocks, then turn left. A: Is it far? B: No, about five minutes on foot. A: Thank you very much! B: You are welcome. Have a good trip.
Use two voices from the language you teach (for example two Spanish voices from Spain) and set Pause to Long so learners can repeat each line.
Template 3: 30-second radio or social ad
A: Did you try the new maple latte at Harbor Coffee? B: Three times this week. Do not judge me. A: No judgment. I am going right now. B: Bring me one! A: Harbor Coffee. Open from six, every day, on Main Street.
Template 4: explainer or product demo
Mia: So what does the app actually do? Leo: It turns your receipts into a spending report. Snap a photo, and that is it. Mia: No typing? Leo: None. It reads the shop, the date and the total for you. Mia: And my data? Leo: It stays on your phone unless you choose to back it up.
Template 5: customer service training
Customer: Hi, my order arrived damaged. Agent: I am really sorry about that. Can I have your order number? Customer: It is 4-8-2-1-7. Agent: Thank you. I see it. I will send a replacement today, at no cost. Customer: Great, thank you. Agent: You will get an email with tracking within the hour.
Template 6: short story scene
[Grandpa] Did I ever tell you about the winter the lake froze? [Lily] Only a hundred times. [Grandpa] Then you know the best part. [Lily] The ice skates were too big? [Grandpa] Two sizes too big. And I still won the race.
For a narrator plus characters, generate the narrator separately with a third voice and place the clips in your editor.
