In short: Every Speechma guide is written by our team, checked against the live tools, and updated when something changes. Prices of other services carry the date we checked them and a link to the source. Nobody can pay to be ranked higher in our comparisons. Found a mistake? Email contact@speechma.com and we fix it.
How we write
- Hands-on first. Before we describe a feature, we use it: we generate the audio, try the settings and note what actually works.
- Answer first. Every page opens with a short “In short” answer, then the details for people who want them.
- Plain words. We explain terms the first time we use them and keep a glossary.
- Real examples. Sample scripts and settings you can copy, not filler.
Comparisons and prices
- Comparison pages list the date we checked each price and link to the official pricing page in a “Sources” section.
- We re-check competitor prices regularly and update the page date when something changes.
- We say clearly where another tool is better for a job. A comparison that only praises us is not useful to you.
- No company can pay for a better position or a kinder review.
Corrections and updates
- Pages show when they were last updated.
- If you spot an error, email contact@speechma.com with the page link. We check every report and correct confirmed mistakes quickly.
- When a tool changes (new limits, new voices), we update every page that mentions it.
Responsible AI
- We never show how to clone a real person’s voice without permission. Read our AI voice ethics policy.
- We do not publish content made to mislead, such as fake endorsements.
- Legal topics (copyright, commercial use) are explained in plain words and link to official sources. They are not legal advice.
Frequently asked questions
Who writes Speechma’s guides?
The Speechma team, the same people who build and run the tools.
Do you use AI to write guides?
We use AI tools the way many writers do, for research and drafts. A person checks every fact against the live tools and official sources before anything is published.
How can I report a mistake?
Email contact@speechma.com with the page link and what is wrong.
